We welcome new patients as our schedules permit. Please call us at (916) 927-3178 if you are interested in scheduling a new patient appointment. At the time of your first appointment, please arrive 15 minutes early for processing and bring completed new patient forms, your insurance card(s) and a photo ID with you to your visit.
